Tunisia Entrepreneurial Profile 2025 — African Development Bank & European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)

A comprehensive study published in December 2025 that maps Tunisia’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, identifies structural challenges, and suggests actionable policy levers to strengthen entrepreneurship and support MSME growth. The report presents evidence on entrepreneurial activity rates, business constraints, access to finance issues, and support services, offering a solid evidence base for designing targeted policies to stimulate investment, enterprise creation, and inclusive economic growth. It was developed in collaboration with the Tunisian government and financed by the United Kingdom Embassy.
