Syria-Law for Creating a Loan Risk Guarantee Corporation for SMEs

Law No.12 of 2016

It creates a corporation that focuses on enabling SMEs to obtain the required financing from financial institutions, enhancing their role in supporting economic and social development, as well as it contributes in strengthening the banking and financial sector's competitiveness (Law is only available in Arabic).
