What insights or lessons did you gain from your journey? What advice would you give to other SMEs on a similar path?

Through my participation in the Arab SMEs Summit, I learned that success depends not only on the idea but also on flexibility, building the right relationships, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

I realized the importance of collaboration among Arab entrepreneurs to exchange experiences and open common markets, and the importance of listening to others' experiences and embracing change.

My advice to SMEs is to focus on innovation and social sustainability, and to turn every challenge into an opportunity for learning and growth. The entrepreneurial journey is long, but it is full of opportunities for those with passion and patience.

In 2026, my goal is enhancing the company's marketing plans and opening direct sales channels to consumers. Also, studying new markets and assessing expansion potential and launching new products.
