I am a certified trainer in the ILO “Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB)” programme since 2017, delivering the programme successfully in Jordan and several countries in both Arabic and English. The SIYB programme covers the full business lifecycle through integrated training packages:

The programme utilizes practical, hands-on tools such as the Business Game, and integrates modern components including digital transformation and green business practices—enhancing participants’ readiness for investment and supporting business sustainability.
In addition, I am a certified auditor in the Participatory Gender Audit (PGA) methodology since 2016, supporting organizations in both the public and private sectors to foster more inclusive and equitable workplaces. This approach emphasizes participatory learning through:
