I’m Areej. Over the years, my journey has taken me across different roles and countries, working on programs that support youth, entrepreneurship, and building stronger ecosystems, especially in more complex and challenging environments.

Along the way, I’ve learned that real impact doesn’t come from strategies alone, but from people, sharing experiences, supporting each other, and creating spaces where ideas can grow.

That’s exactly what I’m hoping we can build here through these community groups: a space that’s practical, collaborative, and genuinely useful for everyone.

Looking forward to learning from you all and seeing how this community evolves together.

أنا أريج. رحلتي خلال السنوات الماضية أخذتني بين أدوار وتجارب مختلفة، اشتغلت فيها على دعم الشباب وريادة الأعمال وبناء بيئات تساعد الناس على النمو والتطور، خاصة في أماكن فيها تحديات.

مع الوقت، اكتشفت إنه التأثير الحقيقي ما بيجي من الخطط والاستراتيجيات بس، بل من الناس، ومن مشاركة التجارب، ودعم بعضنا البعض، وخلق مساحات نقدر فيها نتعلم وننمو مع بعض.

وهذا بالضبط اللي أتمنى نقدر نبنيه هنا من خلال هذه المجموعات: مساحة بسيطة، مفيدة، وتفاعلية للجميع.

متحمسة أتعرف عليكم وأسمع تجاربكم، ونشوف مع بعض كيف ممكن نطوّر هذا المجتمع ..
