A UNDP baseline study examining the informal economy in Sudan, with focus on regulatory barriers, enterprise formalization challenges, inclusive finance for MSMEs, and ecosystem constraints affecting small business growth. This study proposes policy areas — such as access to finance, capacity development, and institutional frameworks — that are key to supporting SMEs and entrepreneurial activities.
