مؤسسة وأكاديمية نماء تكرمان خريجي دفعتين في برنامج التأهيل للرخصة الدولية لقيادة الحاسوب.

اختتمت أكاديمية نماء للتمويل الأصغر ومؤسسة نماء للتمويل الصغير والأصغر اليوم الاثنين 09 شعبان 1445هـ الموافق 19 فبراير 2024 البرنامج التدريبي "برنامج التأهيل للرخصة الدولية لقيادة الحاسوب" لعدد 29 متدرب من جهات رسمية مختلفة.

هدف البرنامج التدريبي الذي استمر لمدة 100 ساعة تدريبية إلى تعزيز قدرات المشاركين الذي يمثلون جهات رسمية ومجتمعية مختلفة، مهارات استخدام الحاسوب في البرامج:

(windows، MS word، Typing، MS excel،MS Excess، MS powerpoint، Internt and outlook ).

وذكر محمد علي الفران رئيس مؤسسة نماء للتمويل الصغير والأصغر رئيس أكاديمية نماء للتمويل الأصغر  أن هذه الدورات والبرامج التدريبية تأتي في إطار برامج وأنشطة الأكاديمية والمؤسسة،  وضمن المشاركة المجتمعية بهدف رفع كفاءة الموظفين والعاملين في مختلف الجهات الحكومية والمجتمعية بمهارات استخدام الحاسوب والتعرف على مكوناته وبرامجه المختلفة.

ولفت الفّران إلى حرص الأكاديمية على محو أمية الحاسوب وزيادة نسبة الوعي ونشر المعلوماتية بين الموظفين، ورفع مستوى المعرفة بتقنية المعلومات وإتقان مهارات استخدام الحاسب الآلي وتطبيقاته.

من جانبه أشاد المدرب محمد الصبري بإبداعات المشاركين وقدرتهم على فهم واستيعاب برامج الدبلوم.

كما عبر المشاركون في الدورة عن شكرهم للمؤسسة والأكاديمية  لإقامة مثل هذه الدورات التي استفادوا منها الكثير مؤكدين حرصهم على تطبيقها في واقعهم العملي.

وفي الختام تم توزيع شهادات الدبلوم على الخريجين، معمدة من وزارة التعليم الفني والتدريب المهني.

Namaa Foundation and Academy celebrate the graduation of two batches in the International Computer Driving License program!

We are delighted to announce the successful conclusion of the "International Computer Driving License Qualification Program" by Namaa Microfinance Academy and Namaa Small and Microfinance Foundation. The program, which spanned 100 training hours, aimed to enhance the computer skills of 29 participants from various official entities.

The training covered a wide range of computer programs, including Windows, MS Word, Typing, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, Internet, and Outlook. These comprehensive courses were designed to empower participants representing different official and community entities, equipping them with essential computer skills and familiarity with various programs.

Mohammed Ali Al-Faran, Head of Namaa Small and Microfinance Foundation and Head of Namaa Microfinance Academy, emphasized the significance of these courses as part of the foundation's and academy's community engagement initiatives. They aim to enhance the efficiency of employees in both government and community entities, ensuring they possess the necessary computer skills and knowledge.

Al-Faran further highlighted the academy's commitment to promoting computer literacy, increasing awareness, and disseminating information among employees. The courses serve to elevate their knowledge levels in information technology, enabling them to master computer skills and applications.

Trainer Mohammed El-Sabri praised the participants for their creativity and their ability to understand and comprehend the diploma programs. Their dedication and enthusiasm were truly commendable.

The participants expressed their gratitude to Namaa foundation and academy for organizing these beneficial courses. They acknowledged the immense value they gained from the training and affirmed their commitment to applying their newfound skills in their practical work.

To recognize their achievements, the graduates were presented with diplomas accredited by the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training.

"Nama'a Microfinance Academy honors the graduates of Batch 48 and 49 in the International Computer Driving License (ICDL) Qualification Program. Today, on Wednesday, 17th January 2024, Nama'a Microfinance Academy and Nama'a Microfinance Foundation concluded the training program "International Computer Driving License (ICDL) Qualification Program" for Batch 48 and 49, consisting of 26 trainees from various organizations. The objective of this 100-hour training program was to enhance the capabilities of the participants, representing different official and community entities, in computer skills and proficiency in programs such as Windows, MS Word, Typing, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, Internet, and Outlook. This program is part of the Center's programs and activities, contributing to the community by improving the efficiency of employees and personnel in various government, community, and private organizations in computer literacy, familiarization with computer components, and different software applications. The ICDL programs have become a global standard for assessing computer knowledge among employees and confirming their readiness to perform their duties accurately. The course instructor, Asmaa Al-Jarmozi, praised the participants' creativity, their ability to understand and grasp the programs, as well as their commitment to attendance and active participation. The Academy and its organizers were thanked for providing a stimulating and encouraging learning environment. At the end of the program, diploma certificates were distributed to the graduates, accredited by the Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training.

أكاديمية نماء للتمويل الأصغر ومؤسسة نماء للتمويل الصغير والأصغر تختتم البرنامج التدريبي ال《6》في التمويل الإسلامي.

ضمن سلسلة دورات《دبلوم التمويل الأصغر》في الأكاديمية تلقى 20 مشاركاً ومشاركةً من طلاب جامعة صنعاء - كلية الزراعة تدريباً حول "التمويل الإسلامي" نظمته على مدى خمسة أيام أكاديمية نماء للتمويل الأصغر وبمعدل ثلاث ساعات يومياً.

وهدف البرنامج إلى تعريف المشاركين بـمفهوم التمويل الإسلامي وخصائصه، ونشأة التمويلات والمعاملات الإسلامية، وأعمال المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية والتقليدية، ومفهوم المال وأنواعه وطرق اكتسابه ونظرة الإسلام له، وأنواع العقود والبيوع في الفقه الإسلامي، فضلاً عن الاستثمار الإسلامي وأهدافه، وضوابطه، وأنواعه.

كما تعرف المشاركون على أساسيات صيغ التمويل الإسلامي، ومميزاتها ومخاطرها، وتوضيح أهم أركان ومحتويات عقود المضاربة، المشاركة والإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك، وكذا واقع التمويل الإسلامي الأصغر في اليمن والتحديات والمخاطر التي يواجهها ومقترحات الحلول للتغلب عليها.

يأتي هذا البرنامج التدريبي ضمن سلسلة من الدورات والبرامج التدريبية التي تنفذها الأكاديمية خلال العام الجاري لرفع مستوى الوعي المجتمعي بثقافة التمويل الإسلامي وأساسيات التمويل الأصغر ودورهما في إمكانية تحقيق نهضة اقتصادية حقيقية وتنمية مستدامة؛ كون التمويل الأصغر في اليمن يواجه الكثير من التحديات وأبرزها عدم توفر الكوادر المؤهلة المتخصصة بهذا المجال وغياب ثقافة التمويل الأصغر والإسلامي، وضعف البنية التحتية، والبيئة الريفية الصعبة، والحروب وتبعاتها على كل المستويات، وعدم وجود أسواق لمنتجات التمويل الأصغر وضعف السيولة والدعم اللازم للمشاريع الصغيرة والأصغر.

من جانبه أكد مدرب الدورة الأستاذ/ علي عبدالكريم المتوكل الحاجة الماسة لإيجاد دليل إجراءات مهني وشرعي لتمويل المشروعات الصغيرة، وعمل تأمين تعاوني إسلامي على عمليات التمويل، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تفعيل بقية صيغ التمويل الإسلامي لدعم التنمية وتوزيع المخاطر والوصول للاكتفاء الذاتي وتحقيق تنمية حقيقية ومستدامة.

هذا وقد حضر الاختتام الأستاذ توفيق الحكيمي نائب المدير التنفيذي في مؤسسة نماء للتمويل الصغير والأصغر.

وفي ختام البرنامج التدريبي تم توزيع الشهادات على المشاركين.

📣Nama'a Academy for Microfinance and Nama'a Small and Microfinance Foundation successfully concluded the training program, "Diploma in Islamic Finance," on Thursday, December 21, 2023.
As part of the series of courses, 20 participants, including students from the Faculty of Agriculture at Sana'a University, received training on "Islamic Finance" over the course of five days, with an average of three hours per day, organized by Nama'a Academy for Microfinance.
The program aimed to familiarize the participants with the concept and characteristics of Islamic finance, the origins of Islamic finance and transactions, the workings of Islamic and traditional financial institutions, the concept and types of money from an Islamic perspective, types of contracts and sales in Islamic jurisprudence, as well as Islamic investment, its objectives, regulations, and types.
Participants also learned the fundamentals of Islamic finance formulas, their advantages and risks, and the clarification of the pillars and contents of contracts related to profit-sharing, partnership, and leasing ending with ownership. Additionally, they discussed the current status of Islamic microfinance in Yemen, the challenges and risks it faces, and proposed solutions to overcome them.
This training program is part of a series of courses and training programs conducted by the academy during the current year to raise community awareness about Islamic finance culture and the fundamentals of microfinance. These play a crucial role in achieving real economic development and sustainable growth. Microfinance in Yemen faces numerous challenges, including the lack of qualified specialized personnel in this field, the absence of a microfinance and Islamic finance culture, weak infrastructure, difficult rural environment, wars and their consequences at all levels, the absence of markets for microfinance products, liquidity shortages, and inadequate support for small and micro projects.
The course instructor, Mr. Ali Abdul Karim Al-Mutawakil, stressed the urgent need for the establishment of a professional and Sharia-compliant procedure guide for financing small projects, creation of an Islamic cooperative insurance for financing operations, and the activation of other Islamic finance formulas to support development, risk distribution, achieve self-sufficiency, and realize genuine and sustainable development.
The closing ceremony was attended by Mr. Tawfiq Al-Hakimi, Deputy Executive Director of Nama'a Small and Microfinance Foundation. At the end of the training program, certificates were distributed to the participants.

أكاديمية نماء للتمويل الأصغر تختتم الورشة التدريبية《16》حول المشاريع الصغيرة وأهميتها ل《37》مشاركا ومشاركة. أنهى 37 مشاركاً ومشاركة من طلاب كلية الزراعة بجامعة صنعاء ورشة العمل الـ (16) حول المشاريع الصغيرة وأهميتها، نظمتهما مؤسسة نماء للتمويل الصغير والأصغر وأكاديمية نماء للتمويل الأصغر على مدى ثلاثة أيام. وهدفت الورشة إلى تعزيز قدرات المشاركين بمفهوم ومميزات المشاريع الصغيرة والأصغر وخصائصها ودورها في الحد من الفقر والبطالة وتوفير فرص عمل تساعد على رفد الاقتصاد الوطني وتحويل المجتمع من الاحتياج إلى الإنتاج. تأتي الورشة ضمن سلسلة من الورش التدريبية الهادفة إلى نشر وتعزيز ثقافة المشاريع الصغيرة والتمويل الأصغر في المجتمع والتوعية بأهمية هذه المشاريع في تحريك عجلة التنمية والحد من البطالة ومكافحة الفقر. ركزت الورشة على تعريف المشاركين بأنواع المشاريع وأهميتها، وريادة الأعمال والتحديات التي تواجه رواد الأعمال باليمن وكيفية التغلب عليها فضلاً عن التعرف على التمويل الأصغر وأهميته وخدماته وآلية تحديد مصادر التمويل المناسبة للمشاريع الصغيرة. من جانبه استعرض المدرب الأستاذ صبور الشامي محاور وأهداف الورشة وحث المشاركين على ضرورة عكس كل ما تعلموه ونقله للواقع العملي وكذا دعوة المواطنين وتوجيههم نحو امتلاك مشاريع صغيرة وخاصة التي تسهم في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني وتسد الاحتياج. وأوصى المشاركون بضرورة الاستمرار بتنفيذ ورش تعريفية لتعزيز ثقافة المشاريع الصغيرة ورفع وعي المجتمع بأهمية امتلاك المشاريع الخاصة لكل فرد منتج وبالتالي لكل أسرة تستطيع أن تسهم في رفع اقتصاد البلاد. وفي الختام تم توزيع شهادات المشاركة على المشاركين. 📣 Nama'a Academy for Microfinance successfully concluded Workshop 16 on Small Projects and their Importance, benefiting 37 participants. Over the course of three days, 37 students from the Faculty of Agriculture at Sana'a University completed the workshop organized by Nama'a for Small and Microfinance Foundation, in collaboration with Nama'a Academy for Microfinance. The workshop aimed to enhance the participants' understanding of small and micro projects, their characteristics, and their role in reducing poverty and unemployment. It emphasized the significance of creating employment opportunities that contribute to the national economy and transform society from being reliant on others to being productive contributors. This workshop is part of a series of training sessions that aim to disseminate and promote the culture of small projects and microfinance within the community. It seeks to raise awareness about the importance of these projects in driving development, reducing unemployment, and combating poverty. The workshop covered various topics, including an introduction to different types of projects and their significance, entrepreneurship, and the challenges faced by entrepreneurs in Yemen. Participants also learned about microfinance, its importance, services offered, and how to identify suitable sources of financing for small projects. During the workshop, Mr. Saboor Al-Shami, the esteemed trainer, discussed the workshop's objectives and urged participants to apply the knowledge gained in practical settings. He also encouraged citizens to consider owning small projects, especially those that contribute to supporting the national economy and meeting the community's needs. Participants recommended the continuation of informative workshops to further promote the culture of small projects and raise awareness about the importance of individual productivity. They emphasized the positive impact that each individual and family can have on the country's economy by owning and operating their own projects. At the end of the workshop, participation certificates were distributed to all the participants as a recognition of their active engagement and dedication. Let's congratulate all the participants for their successful completion of the workshop, and we look forward to witnessing the positive impact they will make in their communities and the national economy through their small projects!

نفذت مؤسسة وأكاديمية نماء البرنامج التدريبي 《1》 《 محترف السكرتارية التنفيذية الحديثة 》 لعدد 26 متدربة من خريجات دبلوم قيادة الحاسوب في المركز.

حيث يأتي هذا البرنامج في إطار الشراكة بين مؤسسة نماء واللجنة الإقتصادية والاجتماعية للأمم المتحدة لغرب آسيا ( الاسكوا)بهدف بناء القدرات وتعزيز التنمية والتمكين الاقتصادي للأفراد، وبهدف تمكين الشباب والشابات اقتصادياً ودعم مشاركتهم الفعالة في سوق العمل والاقتصاد، مما يساهم في تحسين الأوضاع الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمجتمع ككل من خلال دورات تدريبية مهنية مختلفة وفي مجال ريادة الأعمال وإدارة وإنشاء المشاريع الصغيرة والأصغر والمهارات الحياتية وفي مجال البرامج التطبيقية.

هدف البرنامج التدريبي إلى تطوير المهارات الشخصية والفنية للسكرتير التنفيذي بما يتناسب مع متطلبات ومتغيرات بيئة العمل المعاصرة.

ركز البرنامج التدريبي أيضاً على تزويد المشاركين بالمعارف والأدوات اللازمة لمواجهة التحديات المستقبلية في بيئة العمل المتغيرة، والتكيف مع الأدوار والمسؤوليات المتزايدة للسكرتير التنفيذي في المؤسسات والمنظمات الحديثة.

وفي الاختتام شكر الأستاذ توفيق الحكيمي نائب المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة نماء للتنمية والتمويل الأصغر المشاركات على الالتزام وحثهم على الاهتمام بمثل هذه الدورات النوعية التي تساهم في إكسابهن مهارات حديثة في مجال السكرتارية التنفيذية وإدارة المكاتب.

وبدورها أشارت مديرة مركز نماء للأعمال الى أهمية هذا البرنامج التدريبي مشجعة المتدربات على المضي قدماً في التعلم وتحسين المهارات، فهو المفتاح لمواكبة التطورات المتسارعة في بيئة عمل اليوم.

من جانبه أثنى مدرب الدورة الأستاذ مفيد سلطان على التزام واهتمام المشاركات خلال البرنامج التدريبي.

وفي ختام البرنامج تم توزيع شهائد المشاركة على المشاركات.

The Nama’a Development and Microfinance Foundation and Nama’a Academy successfully launched the “Modern Executive Secretarial Professional” training program, benefiting 26 female trainees who previously completed the Computer Leadership Diploma at the center.
This initiative, part of a partnership with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), aims to enhance the economic empowerment of young men and women, fostering their active participation in the labor market. By offering various vocational training courses in entrepreneurship, management, and life skills, the program contributes to improving the community's social and economic conditions.
The training focused on developing the personal and technical skills of executive secretaries to meet the demands of today’s work environment. Participants gained essential knowledge and tools to navigate future challenges and adapt to the evolving responsibilities in modern organizations.
At the program's conclusion, Mr. Tawfiq Al-Hakimi, Deputy Executive Director of the Nama'a Foundation, commended the participants for their dedication and encouraged them to pursue further training opportunities. The Director of the Nama'a Business Center highlighted the importance of continuous learning to stay competitive in a rapidly changing landscape.
