الملخص
تُعد الاستدامة والحوكمة الاستراتيجية من أبرز التحديات والفرص في العصر الحديث. يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف العلاقة بينهما، مع التركيز على دور الحوكمة في تعزيز أبعاد الاستدامة البيئية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية (ESG). من خلال مراجعة الأدبيات وتحليل الأطر العالمية مثل أهداف التنمية المستدامة للأمم المتحدة (SDGs)، يبرز البحث كيفية دمج الاستدامة في الاستراتيجيات المؤسسية لتحقيق القيمة طويلة الأجل. يخلص البحث إلى توصيات عملية للمؤسسات والحكومات، مع الاستناد إلى دراسات حديثة.

المقدمة
في ظل التحديات العالمية مثل تغير المناخ، نضوب الموارد، واللامساواة الاجتماعية، أصبحت الاستدامة ضرورة استراتيجية وليست خيارًا. تعرف الاستدامة بأنها "تلبية احتياجات الحاضر دون المساس بقدرة الأجيال المقبلة على تلبية احتياجاتها" (تقرير بروندتلاند، 1987). أما الحوكمة الاستراتيجية فهي عملية توجيه المؤسسات نحو أهداف طويلة الأجل من خلال هياكل قرار فعالة، شفافية، ومساءلة.
ترتبط الحوكمة الاستراتيجية بالاستدامة من خلال إطار ESG، الذي يدمج العوامل البيئية (Environmental)، الاجتماعية (Social)، والحوكمة (Governance). أظهرت الدراسات أن الشركات ذات الحوكمة القوية تحقق أداءً ماليًا أفضل وتقلل المخاطر.

In Yemen, the Social Protection to Provide Social Cohesion project, funded by KSrelief and implemented by UNDP, provides vocational training in solar energy maintenance and mobile phone repair for persons with disabilities. While some tools report fewer problems, the findings indicate significant room for improvement in achieving better web accessibility.
