Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformed the way businesses operated globally, offering innovative solutions to improve efficiency, customer engagement, and decision-making. For small businesses in the Arab region, AI presented immense potential to enhance competitiveness and sustainability. However, many enterprises faced barriers to adoption, including a lack of awareness, technical expertise, and access to learning resources in Arabic.
To bridge this gap, UN-ESCWA, in partnership with the ICC-ESCWA Centre of Entrepreneurship, launched the AI Tools for Small Businesses Webinar Series, designed to equip entrepreneurs and small business owners with the practical knowledge and tools needed to leverage AI effectively.
Building on the outcomes of previous programmes and initiatives, this series supported ongoing efforts to advance digital transformation and inclusive innovation across the Arab region. Through interactive, Arabic-language sessions, participants gained hands-on experience with AI tools that could directly enhance their business operations.
