Lebanon-Customs Law

Decree NO. 4461 of 2000

The law provides regulations concerning custom clearance within the land and maritime customs range, according to type, origin, and preferential origins, and the exporter of the product, it also provides details on principles of applying custom tariffs, and prohibited products (Law is only available in Arabic).
